The Innovate to Win logo and the Innovation Competencies and Skills Model were created to give people a starting point for building an innovation mindset. I was tasked with designing a logo that captured that mindset, along with a series of collateral pieces to spark interest and get people thinking about how to develop this forward-looking, growth-oriented way of thinking.
