This flow chart was created as part of a larger campaign. The goal was to illustrate a complicated customer decision journey that portrayed the steps a person interested in medical weight loss solutions might take.

I broke up the sections with colors, creating icons for each step along the way and reusing ones that had a repeat of the step taken in a different section to tie those decisions together. Further, numbers add one more small layer to ensure the end-user can ascertain the flow of the patient through their journey.

The trick was to fit this lengthy process onto a single sheet or screen. The color systems, iconography, arrows, and numbers all support the simplification of this process into a singular, easy-to-understand journey.
